For the past 2 years, Katey ranked in the top 5% of all agents in her area. As a full-time Realtor®, she primarily conducts business in Northern Worcester County. Katey assists both buyers and sellers at every end of the spectrum, from fixer uppers to luxury homes. Her sales include single family homes, multi-family, condos, land, mobile homes and mixed use properties. Education is very important to her as well. She has earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) through the Massachusetts Association of Realtor®. Katey is also a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). Katey is a licensed Real Estate Broker in MA and NH. She is also the Secretary on the local board of directors. Katey attends continuing education and gives back to her community, whenever possible, throughout each year.
